Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is important to Safeguard. To protect your privacy while you use our websites and let you know what types of information we are collecting and how we are using it, we have developed this Privacy Policy. As we update our services and technologies and as we expand or change our offerings, this Privacy Policy may change from time to time, so please check it periodically.

Your Personal Information and How We Use It

Other than information automatically collected from your browser or device (see Cookies And How We Use Them, below), Safeguard will only collect information that can identify you through its websites if you provide it. For example, to receive our corporate mailings, we will request (and you may provide at your sole discretion) your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, company name and position. Safeguard may use this information to respond to your requests for information or services.
The information collected will be shared with employees of Safeguard to the extent necessary to accommodate your requests. Safeguard may also share such information with agents, contractors or partners of Safeguard in connection with services that these individuals or entities perform for, or with, Safeguard. Such third parties are restricted from using this data in any way other than providing services for or on behalf of Safeguard or its affiliates. We may, for example, provide your information to a third party contracted by Safeguard to handle group mailings.
Safeguard reserves the right to disclose all information collected to the extent required by law or to respond to judicial process. Safeguard may also provide any or all collected information to a third party in connection with a sale, assignment, or other transfer of its business if such third party agrees to treat all such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We will strive to ensure that all communications with our website visitors provide easy means of correcting errors and updating information that has been provided to us.
