In the midst of a growing automotive-owning populous, Lancaster Corporation recognized the lucrative possibilities in the automotive replacement parts market. With that, Safeguard Automotive Corporation formed as a subsidiary of Lancaster Corporation to serve the needs of America’s rapidly growing number of aging cars, trucks and buses.
