Positioned at the forefront of the Internet market, Safeguard Scientifics embarked on a corporate re-branding process, evolving its mark to fully embody technological innovation. The three yellow nodes, orbiting around the central Safeguard eagle, represented software, communications and eServices—sectors that Safeguard viewed as the strategic building blocks of a connected future.

This marked the last iteration of the logo incorporating a representation of the eagle and the last mark before Safeguard adopted its iconic blue and green ribbons.
