Today we announced that Safeguard Scientifics will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010 prior to market open on Wednesday, November 3. At 9 a.m. EDT that morning, Safeguard will host a conference call and webcast on which Peter J. Boni, our President and CEO, and Stephen T. Zarrilli, our CFO, will be providing a company update.
