Stephen M. Goodman
Mr. Goodman has nurtured several start-ups, including CDnow, VerticalNet, ICG Commerce, AirClic and AANet.com. As a Partner in business transactions at the law firm of Morgan Lewis and co-chairman of the firm’s global technology practice, Goodman represents emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences sectors, and works with legal aspects of corporate finance and acquisitions. Before joining the firm, Mr. Goodman was Senior Partner at Wolf Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an LLB degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
