David M. Barrett, MD is an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Previously, David M. Barrett, MD, is CEO Emeritus of Lahey Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty health care organization based in Burlington, Mass.

Kevin Buchi was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Cephalon in 2010, after serving the company in other capacities for almost 20 years. Most recently, Mr. Buchi served as Chief Operating Officer and managed the company's global sales and marketing functions, as well as product manufacturing, business development and investor relations. From 1996 to 2009, he served as Chief Financial Officer and, from 2004, head of business development for the company. Mr. Buchi has played an instrumental role in the global growth of Cephalon through acquisitions and sound financial management.

R. T. "Terry" Hisey is the vice chairman and U.S. Life Sciences leader for Deloitte LLP. Terry leads efforts for the Life Sciences sector in the fields of tax, audit, consulting and financial advisory services to assist clients in achieving sustainable competitive advantage through strategic change.

David P. Holveck was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Endo Pharmaceuticals in April 2008. Prior to joining Endo, David was President of Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation and Vice President, Corporate Development of Johnson & Johnson since 2004.

Currently, Dr. Langer is a member of the Board of Directors of Myriad Genetics, Inc., Myrexis, Inc., and Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (a private company in which he is also an investor). Through Phoenix IP Ventures, LLC, of which he was Managing Partner, Dr. Langer also co-founded and was a Director of Iroko Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a specialty pharmaceutical company that markets four products worldwide that were acquired from Merck and Lilly.

For nearly 20 years, Chris has worked with clients in healthcare and consumer goods. He is one of the leaders of McKinsey's Global Specialty Pharmaceutical Practice and he has considerable experience in addressing strategic and operational issues in a range of different pharmaceutical and med tech companies, and healthcare services more broadly.

Mark co-founded Health Advances in 1992 after gaining ten years of strategy consulting experience in the healthcare industry as a Partner at Bain & Company, an international management consulting firm. Mark has been involved in numerous M&A transactions totaling over $35 billion in transaction value.

Michael Tillmann has over 20 years experience in senior executive positions in Multi National Companies in the Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Industry. He recently founded Vela Diagnostics, a company focused on development and commercialization of Molecular In-vitro Diagnostics tests.

Wayne P. Yetter is executive Chairman of ProActive for Patients Media, Inc., an early investment stage company providing a physician-to-patient messaging system to increase patient adherence to medication therapies. Wayne's more than 30-year career in the pharmaceutical industry spans executive positions at Pfizer, Merck, Astra-Merck (now AstraZeneca) and Novartis.
